Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Professional are preferred. Experience 2–4 years of experience in IT support or operations roles. Hands-on experience with system administration, network troubleshooting, and help desk support. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Windows/Linux OS, networking protocols, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS). Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools.
